Brief Answer:
as explained in details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Female/60 - not seen a Doctor as the patient is refusing - tried rest and small portions of food - not worked - can not hold food or water for the past 3 days ...

What are the other symptoms:
Bloating?
Pain?
constipation or loose stools?
Fever, chills, headache or any other?

Check for:
Dryness of mouth and tongue
Urinary output
Temperature, pulse and blood pressure
Tenderness in abdomen
Any other signs like change of sensorium, weakness, palpitations, breathlessness.

All these are signs and symptoms of dehydration and complications of persistent vomiting and if present the patient needs to be taken to ER for clinical evaluation, examination, investigations and proper diagnosis and treatment.

You may try the following:
Give her OTC PPI like Omeprazole, any OTC antiemetic to stop vomiting, Electrolyte solution and liquids orally.

I hope this answer helps you identify the seriousness and also give primary treatment. Three days is a long time to suffer and can have detrimental effects.
Take care.
