Brief Answer:
Looks like pigmented purpuric dermatosis and acne vulgaris
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
On the leg you seem to be having pigmented purpuric dermatosis.
It is a chronic pigmentary disease of the legs commonly associated with prolonged standing, walking, liver disease, obesity, thyroid disorders, diabetes and sometimes occurs without any obvious cause.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream diluted in a moisturising cream in the ratio of 1:3 over the pigmented areas twice daily and take tablet calcium dobesilate 500 mg twice daily.
I can also appreciate a pimple on your forehead for which I would recommend you to apply benzoyl peroxide 5 percent gel on the pimple twice daily.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Cream is fine but tablet won't be very effective
Detailed Answer:
Yes I am a dermatologist.
I have reviewed the newly attached pictures.
The cream prescribed to you is fine but according to me the tablet won't have much benefit in your leg pigmentation.
You can still try it as it is just a vitamin and won't have any side effects.
As far as pimple is concerned their are few possibilities: an old pimple, hypertrophic scar or cyst.
I would recommend you to apply benzoyl peroxide 5 percent gel twice daily on the pimple for atleast 15 days and see the response.
If it is an old pimple it will definitely reduce.
Otherwise you need to consult the dermatologist and go for cyst excision.

Brief Answer:
Details below
Detailed Answer:
Yes it is either tablet dobesil or tablet caldob.
Yes cetaphil moisturising lotion and tenovate cream are the complete names and you need to apply 1 part of tenovate mixed in 3 parts of lotion on the affected areas twice daily.
These should be easily available in the chemist shops.
For pimple tablets are not required.
Only gel has to be applied.
Various brands containing benzoyl peroxide 5 percent gel available in the market are bengel 5 percent gel or benxop 5 percent gel or benzac AC 5 percent gel or pernox AC 5 percent gel.
You can buy either of the above and apply on the pimple twice daily for 2 weeks.
