Kindly upload images

Detailed Answer:
hello. thank you for writing to us.

I am Dr. kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

Perhaps you have a polymorphic light eruption which usually presents as an itchy eruption of variable morphology on exposed skin of face, arms and neck.. I request you to kndly upload a few images in "Reports Section" so that I am able to guide you better.
Also let me know do you use a sunscreen, regularly? If yes, which one?

Hi Dr.
Please let me know if you can see the 6images I have uploaded, medicine, sunscream, cream for skin, my face images.
If so, will it be possible for you to suggest either medicines or the course of cautions which will help me resolve this completely?
After applying the cream and having medicine, it's fine until I don't expose myself to sun but once exposed, even if I take medicine and apply the cream, it doesn't help much.
Please note that I am outside XXXXXXX and it's cold and XXXXXXX at the same time.
In XXXXXXX it n very happened to me or if happened it didn't bother me because it may be didn't itch much.

Brief Answer:
Remedy for light induced eruption

Detailed Answer:
Thank you.

I have viewed the Images. I can see dry, scaly, red patches on left side of face.
Yes, it does seem like a sunlight induced eruption.
I suggest a broader spectrum sunscreen e.g SPF 50 or more. Use it throughout the day. Reapply every 2-3 hours specially when outdoors.
In addition I suggest you to use a more potent topical steroid cream e.g Mometasone furoate 0.1% Or triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream Or betamethasone valerate 0.1% , twice daily for 2 weeks.

Hi Dr.
I thank you very much for your prompt reply.
Also please suggest that the medicines you have prescribed, can I get them over the counter in medicine shops in Netherlands (if you have idea), and if not, do you recommend to get someone to bring these medicines from XXXXXXX ?
And thanks again for your diagnosis.
Regards,
xxxxx

Brief Answer:
Polymorphic Light Eruption

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

You surely would find a sunscreen with SPF 50 or more, over the counter, however, these topical steroid creams which I wrote, are prescription medications. Unfortunately I am unable to help you with these medicines, however you may talk to your general practitioner over there in Netherlands for a prescription.

Regards
