Question : I have Pleural Effusion. Will flying in an airplane worsen my condition?

only short flights

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.

Well this is not large pleural effusion and if other breathing functions are fine and you dont have dyspnea or heart disease then short flights (up to 2 hours) are safe for your. But if you have associated heart or thrombosis disorder then you need to reconsider flying with your doctor.
