Question : Hello doctor please help me with my eye sight,which is getting weaker,i dont wana use spects

Hi dear,
Though there is no guarantee but you can try taking good antioxidants for few months.Avoid screens,laptops,television or any thing which strains your eye.But practically power of eye whether cylindrical or spherical can not be reverted.Using spects would stop further weakening of eyes.
Viitamin a supplements should be used.
