Question : i was sweating the othner day and had no other symptons then i went to bed and i was fine the next dy what could have caused the sweating

Probably low bp or sugars

After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that your symptoms could probably be due to low blood pressure levels or low sugars.

Considering your age I would like to suggest you to get the following test done

1. ECG
2. Echocardiography
3. HbA1c
4. Complete Blood Count

These will help to find out if there is any underlying problem.
