Brief Answer:
need better muscle relaxant than Aleve and complete rest

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You seem to have Grade 2 to Grade 3 hamstring pull.
In such a case you need rest and compression of muscle as well even though it is two weeks. Thereotically you should not have walked with a pull hamstring for at least a week, if you defy it can get worse. I think you should be going through the same thing now.
I think you need better pain medication, alternating cold and hot compresses for the pain of the hamstring and prolonged rest.
Since any pain medication over Aleve can be bought with a prescription, I think you better go to an Urgent clinic. After physical check up they can advise if you need an Xray as well.

Let me know if you have questions over.
