Brief Answer:
NO, you are not in danger, do not panic..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As you have a cracked upper molar tooth that is having an open hole then it will cause irritation of the nerves present in the centre of the tooth and cause pain..
Pain in jaw is due to radiating pain from the tooth only and is common when there is a fractured/ decayed tooth present..

So please do not panic, if you have any painkillers with you, that you are not allergic to, you can take for pain relief..

Nose bleed on blowing the nose can sometimes occur due to vigorous blowing of nose which can rupture small blood vessels causing bleeding..

If you do not have bleeding otherwise after blowing nose, then you need not to worry and just relax..

You are not in any danger so no need to panic about as both conditions are very much treatable..

Hope this helps..

Regards..
