Question : I started with a rash the it spreadall over my arms and stomach. I went to a dermatologist, she injected each and every one with so, e kind og steriod, this went on go over 5 months. She finally did a bbiopsies. One of them came back staff infection. I was so taken with the staff I domt recall what it was. I have been on 2 antibiotics 1 augmentine 2 is minocycline hcl 100 mg 2 times a day. She wants me to soak in cloroax bleach. I need at least 2 surgeries a knee replacemen and back surgery. They won't go away, they are misable. What can I do?

I can't comment on what the rashes were exactly without having a look at them but excessive use of steroids can precipitate infection like staphylococcal infection in your case.
You can go culture and antibiotic sensitivity of any material coming out from those lesions so that only those antibiotics are taken by you which will have an effect on the bacteria.
This will help you in getting rid of the infection.
