Suggest Remedies For Recurring Acne On Nose

Question : I've again started to notice acne on my nose. As advised by Dr. Kakkar S. i took Isotretinoin, Orally, once daily at night and applyed tretinoin once daily at night for almost 3 months, the results were good by then and i stopped the course. Now again i see the acne popping up.

Hello. Thank you for writing to me.

Acne tendency goes down with age and therefore some patients of acne may require a repeat course(s) or a longer course of isotretinoin e.g 6-12 months. Therefore, I would suggest you to restart isotretinoin along with topical tretinoin anduse them for a longer duration. Continue tretinoin even after isotretinoin is stopped to keep acne under control.

So i need to again start isotretinoin 20mg tabs daily night and apply tretinoin on the affected part?

i also noticed there are many manufacturers of isotretinoin capsules, which one should i go with? any suggestions please?
