Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
Pimples are common at your age because of hormonal changes in the body.
There are multiple medicines available for the treatment of acne.
The treatment depends on the severity of acne.
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the affected areas so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.

Brief Answer:
Management of acne

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule doxycycline 100 mg once daily at bedtime and apply cream containing combination of benzoyl peroxide and adapelene on the pimples at bedtime.
Start with short contact therapy that is, apply the medicine for 1 hour in the beginning and continue this for 5-6 days. Once you are comfortable with it increase the time of contact to 2 hours and then 3 hours, 4 hours and finally overnight application.
These medicines take time to act and need to be continued for 2-3 months depending on the response.
Besides this keep your face dry, avoid oiling of scalp, reduce the intake of sugary foods and use cosmetics labelled as noncomedogenic.
I hope this information helps you getting rid of acne.
Besides this are you having dandruff, history of hair fall, abnormal facial hair growth or menstral irregularities?

Wish you good luck.

Dr Asmeet

now a days yes I am having oily dandruff and lot of hair fall, I am using Biotique shampoo(control hair fall), before washing hair I use to apply oil(CASTOR OIL+ ALMOND OIL+NEEM OIL+OLIVE OIL) and sometime I will add aloe Vera gel,
still lot of hair fall and no hair growth,
As comparison to teen age facial hair increased more,
My Menstral cycle is regular,
Sometimes I am thinking may be this causes because of environment, water, weather and most important food change as I am from Ghaziabad(North) but right now I am in Bangalore(South).

Brief Answer:
Use anti dandruff shampoo and hair supplements

Detailed Answer:
Acne is associated with seborrhoea.
I would recommend you to use a anti dandruff shampoo like ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly.
This will further help in improving your acne.
Also avoid oiling of scalp.
Yes diet and environment definitely have some role in the development of acne.
Hot humid weather and increased intake of sugary foods increases acne. Try to avoid them.
For hair fall you can use hair supplements like tablet follihair or tablet keraglo XXXXXXX once daily but it needs to be taken for atleast 3 months.
