Question : Hi Dr Dipanshu,
Thanks for your reply Arhaans spots below the eyes disappeared for a few days and reappeared again this has been going on for a month now. Otherwise he is normal.
please advice. XXXXXXX

Cetirizine should help

Thanks for uploading the images. The rashes do not seem severe. If he gets rashes just give him cetirizine once daily for few days and he will be fine soon. No other intervention required.

These can be due to a viral infection. It can also be due to an allergic reaction but in such a case itching is likely to be present.
