Brief Answer:
You need to have STD screening and dermatologist review

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately. Based on the history you have shared, it needs to be evaluated for STDs if you have history of recent sexual exposure and if it was unprotected.

Such painless ulcers or lesions can be from syphilis so needs evaluation for that and the diagnostic test, that is VDRL, is included in STD screen. Herpes is pain ful and gonorrhea is associated with urethral discharge usually. Other causes of genital ulcers like autoimmune are associated with systemic illnesses else where. So in abscence of any other symptoms, it is highly unlikely. If STD turns out to be negative then you can leave your mind at rest and it can be evaluated for some local infection by a dermatologist and may need local topical applications of antifungal or local anti inflammatory applications. Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
