Brief Answer:
Possibly sun burn or contact dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

Since your rash is bilateral the most likely cause could be a sun burn, contact dermatitis or status dermatitis (due to statis of blood in veins). Fungal infections, cellulitis etc can also result in rash, but it is usually localized to one area and associated with itching. Since you haven't started any new medications, allergy to drugs is unlikely.

However, confirmation of diagnosis require physical examination.
It would be helpful if you can upload a picture of rash. You can upload pictures here as an attachment to the question.

If you think sun burn is a possibility, apply moisturizers and sunscreen to the affected area.

Brief Answer:
Follow up answer

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

The rash in the picture is highly likely to contact dermatitis. Contact Dermatitis is an allergic reaction that occurs when skin comes in contact with triggering factors like fabrics, poison ivy, grass etc. Triggering factor vary from person to person. It is important to identify what cause such reaction in you and try avoiding the triggering factor. Allergy testing can help in pinpointing the cause.
You can apply 1% Hydrocortisone cream four times daily to the affected area. Keep the area clean and apply moisturizers containing aloe and vitamin E.
You can also take cetirizine 10 mg at bed time.

If the rash persists after a week or seems to be worsening, please be advised to follow-up with a primary care provider for re-evaluation of diagnosis/ need for more potent steroid treatment.

Hope this answers your question
