Question : My 3 month old daughter has red splotches all over her abdomen and torso. What could this be?

You simply need to apply some moisturizers

Thanks for writing back. I have checked the attached image. It seems to be due to milia, a finding that may be typically found between 15 days to 3 months of life. It is not a cause for concern. You need to apply some moisturizing lotion like aloe vera lotion. I would strongly advise against the use of hydrocortisone.

I have used Aveeno eczema treatment lotion regularly. This appeared this evening after she returned home from a visit with her mother.
