Question : the soles and heels of my feet red and very sore

To better understand the cause of your symtoms we need to know some more information like:
1. for how long have you had these symptoms?
2. have you seen your doctor and tried any treatment for those?
3. do you have any fever?
4. is the pain worse on walking? Is it present at rest?
5. have you had any general tests to rule out diabetes or other medical conditions?
6. do you use medications regularly for any medical conditions?
It would be very helpful if you would upload a picture or two of the heals (both of them in the same picture so we can compare them).
