Brief Answer:
Chlorpheniramine with phenylephrine combination will help

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Most common cause of cough and cold in this age is some viral infection or allergy.
Here giving some decongestant like phenylephrine with anti allergic like chlorpheniramine helps.
Sinarest contains acetaminophen analgesic/antipyretic with chlorpheniramine an anti allergic and pseudophedrine a decongestant.
Sinarest contains acetaminophen which is not needed on regular basis in absence of fever.
I would suggest you to give syrup containing combination of phenylephrine and chlorpheniramine only like t-minic or maxtra syrup.
If there is fever you may give paracetamol.
In most of the cases cough/cold subsides within 3-4 days.Continue feeding as usual.
I hope this helps.
Wishing for your baby's good health.
Regards
