Suggest Remedies For Seizures

Question: i have small old calcified focus in right pareital region i got seizures once in the year 1999 then with doctor advice i have used tegritol 100 mg since 6 months i have stopped usig that drug 3 days back i got an attack suggest me suitable treatment i have no other effects like headache etc
6 months i have stopped using that drug

I have read your question with care and understand that you have small a old calcified focus in right Parietal region and you got seizures once in the year 1999 and you were having Tegritol 100 mg. You have stopped Tegritol 6 months ago and got an attack 3 days ago. You do not have other problems like Headache

The decision to Start / Modify Dose / Stop an Anti Epileptic Drug has to be taken based on
1. History of Seizures
2. CT Brain / MRI Brain
3. EEG

You have not specified whether CT / MRI / EEG were done before the drug was stopped 6 months ago. Had they been done, I would request you to please share it with me here

If they had not been done, I would request you to kindly
1. Take the following tablets
a. Tab. Leviteracetam 500 mg two times a day
b. Tab. Frisium 10 mg two times a day

2. Do MRI Brain and EEG as suggested by your doctor and share the results here

is old calcified focus without any surrounding oedema or contrast enhancing poses any danger of course i will get all tests thoroughly out curiosity iam asking please answer me and regrding food intake can i eat mangos and other food items please reply me
