Brief Answer:
Thyroid

Detailed Answer:
I suppose you are asking if temperature levels inside the house and outside would affect the thyroid levels?
Is I understand this to be your question then I would like to reassure you that ambient temperature does not affect the thyroid medication dose.

So I see you are on 25 mcg of levo thyroxine. As per endocrinologists' plan you must go for your next blood test which will guide further therapy.

Aim for TSH and Free T4 levels in target range. Discuss with your endocrinologist what your goal is with regard to this.

My face is still swollen once heat is on in house from drinking too much water in short amount of time-drank 1 16 oz poland spring bottle, at once and face got swollen. How do I get rid of that? Also how do I fight dehydration since only allowed 4 bottles of 16 oz poland spring bottles a day. with heat in this season. I tend to get dehydrated without noticing it. Watching diet. What food should I eat to bring up sodium levels so they do not get below, which did once, and ended up in hospital?

Detailed Answer:
Low sodium in blood is a tricky medical condition that requires systematic assessment.

Examples of tests include

Serum Osmolality by direct method
Urine Osmolality
Urine Sodium
Serum Uric acid

These tests give an idea as to the cause of the low sodium problem, Treatment is begun accordingly. For example, water restriction is the first line of treatment of the cause is SIADH (Syndrome of Inappropriate Anti Diuretic Hormone secretion).
Furthermore, attempts are made find a treatable cause of SIADH such as a lung infection for instance
