Question : Very bad bloating and feels like an elephant is sitting on my chest. Trouble eating a full meal because of the extreme bloating. It only happened after once aftee taking cipro and now it wont stop after my endoscopy. What can I do?

Since when do you have this problem.
It is probably due to the Hiatus hernia.
How much is your BMI? Please do let me know.
Continue Nexium and start Itopride(Rabibit) 50mg twice a day along with the Nexium and you would feel better.
How are your stools?
Do not lie down immediately after any meal. Walk around for half an hour.
Do not take hot beverages or any spicy food.
Avoid smoking and alcohol completely.
Do send me the Endoscopy report to know exactly what we are dealing with.

You should be better with these medicines.
