Question : Sir my marriage is on head on last of August and my skin become infected or what's wrong pimples full of skin. Give some solution to recover from this as early or before marriage.

Management of acne

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and you are having moderate acne.
I would recommend you to start with topical and oral medication for faster relief as you have less time left for your marriage.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule doxycycline 100 mg twice daily and apply adapelene 0.1 percent gel on the pimples and whiteheads at night in very minute amounts.
Besides this use a salicylic acid facewash twice daily.
These medicines need to be continued for a long time as acne is a chronic disease but under the supervision of the doctor.
Moreover keep your face dry, avoid oily creams, avoid oiling of scalp, use cosmetics labelled as noncomedogenic , reduce the intake of sugary foods, don't take stress and avoid scrubbing of face.
