Question : i am extremely bloated and feel like passing out also sweating what can cause this

What you are reporting may be related to bowel distension and vagal nerve stimulation causing hypotension, excessive sweating and presyncope.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- Blood work
- Ecg
- Cardiac echo
- Holter monitoring
- Tilt table test
