Question : I have a severe dandruff problem and it's causing hair fall too. i have tried anti dandruff shampoo but nothing works. how do I control it?

There are many treatments for dandruff.
Most causes do not also cause hair loss. For the dandruff try some Nizoral AD shampoo. It is expensive but may take care of the problem. If you can not find it locally you can buy it on the internet.
Losing hair at 20 years old is a problem and it may have to do with your thyroid or another metabolic problem. I suggest you see a doctor for an exam and some blood tests to determine the cause of your hair loss.
If the problem is still persistent and severe the next step would be to see a dermatologist to see if you have something more severe than dandruff like scalp psoriasis
