Brief Answer:
Seborrheic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As you gave history..it seems that you suffer from seborrheic dermatitis. It is an inflammatory condition of the scalp characterised by greasy scales. There may be itching. It is a chronic and relapsing condition.

I would suggest...

- antihistaminics like levocetirizine tablet to relieve itching
- mild steroid with salicylic acid lotion to apply on scalp at night
- shampoo daily with shampoo containing ketoconazole and salicylic acid
- avoid worries and tension, drink cleaner water
- take treatment regularly for few weeks

After total control of seborrheic dermatitis, shampoo alternate days.

I hope this would help you. Still, you may consult the dermatologist.

Thanks.
