Brief Answer:
Looks like alopecia areata

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and you seem to be having alopecia areata.
It is an autoimmune chronic inflammatory disease of the hair follicles characterised by patchy or diffuse loss of hair.
It is usually treated with intralesional and topical steroids and topical minoxidil in mild to moderate cases.
In severe cases oral steroids and other immunosuppressants are required.
These all are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Brief Answer:
Gone through the description as well and looks like alopecia areata

Detailed Answer:
I have gone through your description as well as seen the attached photograph.
It happens in alopecia areata that there is loss of hair from one section of the scalp which can regrow spontaneously after few weeks in some cases and after medicines in other individuals.
According to me you seem to be having alopecia areata.
