Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Pregnancy itself causes an extra stress on the liver which causes the bilirubin deposition in the skin causing the itching. It is a normal phenomenon in pregnancy. Soothing agents like calamine lotion application and medicines like Ursodeoxycholic acid are prescribed to get relief from intense itching. You can get your liver functions evaluated before consulting your gynecologist.
Decreasing salt intake and a high carbohydrate diet can help. Do increase your fluid intake also. It is not harmful to the baby if the rise in liver enzyme levels is moderate.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Liver enzymes are raised.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
You have all the liver enzymes raise and low levels of albumin. You need to take a high protein diet to increase the albumin levels and start with ursodeoxycholic acid ( Tab. URSETOR) twice a day to decrease the raised enzyme levels. Decrease your fat intake also. Do consult your gynecologist before starting any medicine.
Hope my answer is helpful.
