Question : I'm a 61 year old male in good shape. For about 4 months i've had itching on my buttocks near my rectum. It is getting extremely itchy and small lumps similar to mosquito bites are there.

Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed fungal infection.
The perianal area is a common site for this.
Another reason can be pin worm infestation.
I treat such cases with a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for a month.
Also take tablet albendazole 400 mg single tablet for worm infestation.
