Brief Answer:
This is rather heart pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Hiatal hernia usually does not cause such symptoms. It can, if really lots of intestines and stomach appear in the chest. But other symptoms like nausea, vomiting should be also present.
Left side chest pain is the area where heart gives pain. Especially if it radiates to the left arm and/ or jaw. In addition, you have serious heart disease.
I suggest you to heave your heart checked at first. Please consult cardiologist as soon as possible.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
