Question : I have very uncomfortable vulvar itching. What works to stop this? It is very bad some days and maybe
not there at all others. I have used aquaphor healing cream, and diaper rash crème. I do have bad diarrhea
sometime which makes it worse. I also take tylenor 650mg arthritis medication which will calm the inflammation.

Intense itching in the vagina is commonly encountered in two conditions ,
One is The Candidiasis (yeast), this does present with intense itching and foul smelling curdy discharge.This condition can be easily treated with antifungals like Flucanazole.
The other possibility for such a problem is low estrogen levels leading to dryness in the vagina which stimulate the vaginal mucosa and cause itching.
Without a physical examination it is difficult to pinpoint which of these two condition is the cause of your problem. Do get examined by a gynaecologist and ascertain the cause to get treated.
Meanwhile you can take an antihistaminic like Benadryl which will reduce the itching.
