Brief Answer:
nebulizer with duolin (salbutamol and ipratropium bromide)

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

For shortness of breath, you can take nebulizer with duolin (generic name: salbutamol and ipratropium bromide) and budecort (budesonide) 2 or 3 times daily.

You can also take tab.Unicontin (Theophylline) or phyllocontin (generic name: aminophylline) but you will need prescription from some local physician.

Asthalin metered dose inhaler (MDI) is also effective for short term breathing issue.

However, shortness of breath can be due to variety of reasons like low stamina or it could be either early asthma or seasonal asthma which can be diagnosed by various tests like

1) pulmonary functions tests to assess the condition of the lung.

2) Chest X ray,

3) Physical examination is very important to auscultate the chest which may give us a clue regarding the disease.

Hope this will help you.
