Question : Are there viable options to a complete shoulder replacement when the arthritis is very severe (bone on bone), and the patient is a paraplegic who has (and hopes to continue) using her arms to transfer, move, etc..? I have read that one should not lift or jerk really heavy weights forever after this procedure...which is a major problem for me!
