Brief Answer:
You may need antibiotics and continue anti histamines and decongestants

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately. Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if you are suffering from an acute attack of upper respiratory infection. If it's not settling for a week now, you need to get it reviewed by an ENT specialist and may need an antibiotics course like azithromycin or augmentin for few days and need to continue anti histamines preferably cetrizine or loratidine.

Using nasal decongestants will also help. Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen can be used for symptomatic relief like body aches or soreness related to the rest of the symptoms.

Gargles with XXXXXXX warm saline water and steam inhalations will help. Avoid direct exposure to cold and keep as much warm as possible.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards
