Hi and welcome to HCM.

This is skin infection which started as foliculitis and now it spread to lymphatic vessels and nodes.

You need antibiotic therapy(i.e Amoxy-Clav , but need to get a prescription from your local physician to get that) for 10 days, apply cold compresses and take Ibuprofen 3 x 400 mg.
