Brief Answer:
Eczema and its management

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Healthcaremagic
I have gone through your complaints and reviewed the attached photograph.
You seem to be having eczema.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Besides this apply a moisturising lotion containing white soft paraffin on the affected areas 2-3 times in a day.
Avoid harsh soaps, avoid hot water for bathing and instead use lukewarm water, keep your body moisturised and avoid wearing woollen clothes in direct contact with the skin.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
