Suggest Remedies For Soft Tissue Injury In The Left Shin

Question: I fell 10 days ago. I am 61 years old and about 300 pounds but generally in good shape. I was walking fine before the fall. I am on vacation with my Grandkids and spent quite some time walking. My left shin has many bruises on the front and outer side. I am really unsteady on my feet when I first rise after laying down or sitting down. I cannot lay down such that there is pressure on the sore part of that leg. I thought it might be getting better by now. Am I impatient because I thought it should be getting better by now?

Brief Answer:
Get xray done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

It seems a soft tissue injury, but still I want to confirm it, so get xray of involved leg done in AP and Lateral view and send me the report.

Till then have tab.aceclofenac100mg+serratiopeptidase15mg thrice a day.

Avoid prolong Standing and walking.

I hope it helps.

Thanks,
