i am suffering from soar throat , some irritation in throat , feeling cold please suggest some medicine

Thanks for your query.

It seems that you are having common cold...viral in nature. You can try tab cetrizine before sleeping and it should take care of the sore throat.
If you get fever of more than 102 then tab paracetamol 3-4 times a day can be taken.

These medicines are to be taken only as long as symptoms continue.
