I am suffering from sore throat ,cold and cough , please suggest some medicine for relief

You can take antiallergic medicine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
You can use steam inhalation with karvol plus three four times in a day.
You can take antiallergic medicine ( cetrizine or levocetrizine) and vitamin C tablets.
You can take antipyretic( paracetamol) for fever.
Drink a lot of fluids and hot water.
You can take antibiotics after consulting your treating doctor because they are prescription medications.
