Question : Last night I got a spider bite on my butt. It instantly became red in large areas. I had just finished up 2 weeks of medication for my severe exzama, which had been in the same areas now, red and burned now itching. What can I do to relieve this, doctors office was closed. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

In my opinion, you should start oral tablet of levocetrizine or fexofenadine twice daily.
Apply flocinonide cream locally.
If not improving after 2-3 days with these then consult doctor and get done clinical examination of local part. You may need oral steroids.
