Brief Answer:
monitor for redness, pain and swelling

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You would likely be fine.

Chlorox and similar chemical agents can cause irritation of the skin and potentially a chemical burn.
Since the chlorox would have likely been diluted if the bottle was also washed with water, the damage should be minimal.

You can wash the area repeatedly with water to ensure that any remaining chlorox is removed.

Monitor for any redness, pain, swelling to determine if there is any inflammation. If there is any of these symptoms present, then apply a topical antibiotic at least twice daily.
If your pain continues even after you wash it copiously, then you can use the topical antibiotic.

Topical antibiotics such as bactroban, neosporin or fucidin can be used, these should be over the counter.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
