Brief Answer:
Apply pad after soaking in hot water and take antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.

From what you are describing it seems like an infection might be happening in your large labia. The fact that they are swollen means that maybe some pus/secretions may be accumulating there.
Since you can not do sit baths, applying some pads immersed in hot water previously may help to stop the infection from spreading locally and getting organised in one place.
If the problem has not started for a long time, you may benefit from using antibiotics. I generally recommend Doxycycline 100mg, twice/day for 7 days.
You may need a prescription to be able to take that in the pharmacy, and also make sure you are not allergic from it, or if you have it contraindicated because of other medical issues you may have.

If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor.

Hope this is helpful.
