Question : I am 32 years old. Penis head swollen and sort of looks like a balloon on the side of my penis. It happened after sexual intercourse. Looks like a soft swelling. Please provide your suggestions and is this emergency since doctor appointment is not available until next day.

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
It seems to be as per details that you have developed traumatic injury of Penis that may occur following vigrous sexual activity. In fact rupture of small blood vessels can lead to hematoma and swelling.
My recommendations would be to take Anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac for symptomatic relief.
I would recommend you to wait and watch till you get your doctors appointment for examination. This is mostly self resolving condition.
If you have severe pain or difficult / painful erection than you should go to ER for evaluation.
