Question : My son was not cercomsize when he was born something I truly regret . Here is my question , he is now 18 yrs old and have never had an issue with the skin left on his penis buy late yesterday he notice swollen underneath the head of the penis therefore the skin that was left on his penis can't overlap because of the swelling that's what I see when I look at it . Is there a need for a doctor or is there a solution for whats happening ?
Brief Answer:
Possible balanitis and parohymosis
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
It would be better if he visit urologist since this may be balantitis and subsequent paraphymosis.
It should be treated with mild steroid creams ,good hygiene. Also, preputium should be pulled back and if swelling don't allow it then circumcision should be considered.
Wish you good health.
Regards

I recently wrote about my sons condition and got a answer, but now I notice something different the area where the swelling went down while applying a cold around the area but he was able to get the foreskin to retract back over the penis but later the next morning we notice a round bubble near the head which looked like a water blister that got me worried even though the swollen was reduce the water blister came so my son when to clean the area and attempted to pulled back the skin and he ended up right back where we started from, but now the swelling doesn't look like swelling at all more like a water blister surrounded the head of the penis therefore the skin can't be pulled back. So now I'm scared for him I schedule him to be seen by his doctor but thats not until Wednesday what can we do in the meantime?
