Brief Answer:
Stiches on lips is rarely required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to this forum.
Can understand your concerns.

Stitches on lips is rarely required, most of the time it heals on its own with in a few days.

It would be better if you attach some pictures of the swollen lip for better diagnosis.

I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Stitching is not required but examination is important

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have seen the picture that you have attached.

Stitches is not required by looking at the picture but an examination by Surgeon is recommended.

Sometimes, it is difficult to comment on seeing the picture so i suggest you to get the child examined by a Surgeon.

Take care.
