Question: emergency question. .. my lymph nodes have been swelling in my neck.. first it started under my chin now all around my neck over the past two weeks

I have gone through your question and understand your concern and; it suggests that most probably you may be suffering from the reactive inflammatory lymphadenitis.

I would like to suggest that you may go for the USG neck and FNAC (Fine needle aspiration Cytology) of the enlarged lymph node to rule out the other disease and to reach the near diagnosis.

I have gone through your follow up question and understand your concern and suggest you that no need to worry about seroconversion. There are multiple causes of cervical lymphadenopathy.

I would like to suggest that you may go for the HIV testing to rule out the seroconversion.
