Brief Answer:
Please ask your PCP to refer you to the specialists!!!

Detailed Answer:
I warmly Welcome you to HCM. THanks for consulting at this health forum. I appreciate the health concerns you raised.I feel sorry for the issues you are facing.

Please be informed that systemic infections caused by Fungus usually need intravenous medications directed to the specific fungal pathogens. For that we need to see which specific fungal pathogen is the culprit. You need to consult an Iternal Medicine and Infectious Diseases Specialist to get it investigated. He will have to do Blood work for complete cell counts, Culture and sensitivity test, Chest X Ray and if needed a CT scan of chest.

Once Lab tests come back we can see which medication is needed to kill the germs. We have a lot of specific antifungals for that.

You also need to go for Ophthalmologist consultation as in such cases we see eye involvements too (Endophthamitis) and that needs timely management.

Please call your health Insurance and ask for a list of Specialists and Primary Care Physicians who are all at their panel. This way you will be easy to go for management of your case.

Please keep a proper hygiene, healthy diet plan, remain physically active, take clean drinking water. If sexually active use barrier contraception. Your Physician will have to screen you for diseases that cause the immunity to lower e.g. diabetes mellitus, HIV or other diseases based on clinical suspicion after Physical examination.

Hope it helps your today. Please let me know if you have further queries. I will be happy if I will be of some help to you today.

Regards!
