Suggest Remedies For Tinnitus

Question: I have impotence & viagra works perfectly for me giving me quality of life within my relationship, but I have increasing tinnitus and noise sensitivity that won't go away. I don't want to have to stop taking it, any other advice?

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. Viagra (sildenafil) causes tinnitus in about 3% of men who use it. Unfortunately you are among them.

If left untreated it may lead to permanent hearing loss. So, be sure to consult an ENT doctor at the earliest. An audiometry should also be done. Based on the findings suitable treatment can be provided.

I have had 2 mri scans, one of which a XXXXXXX was inserted too. No abnormalities were found.
If i reduce the dose would this be ok?

Did you get an audiometry done? If not, I think that you need to go for it.

Reducing the dose will probably not help.
