Brief Answer:
Start protein powder and multivitamin tablets.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Your tiredness and loss of energy are mostly due to nutritional deficiency of vitamins and proteins.
It is common after major surgery and hospital admission.
So along with current medicines, you should also take protein powder with milk twice daily.
Also start multivitamin tablet containing folic acid, pyridoxine, vitamin B12, riboflavin, zinc etc.
Eat fruits, green leafy vegetables, pulses etc.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks
