Brief Answer:
Looks like Dentinal Hypersensitivity.
Detailed Answer:
Hi..
It looks like Dentinal Hypersensitivity that occurs due to opening of the nerve endings over the surface of teeth..
You should start brushing your teeth with anti-sensitivity toothpaste.
First apply the paste over the teeth and keep it as it is for a few seconds.
After that brush your teeth with it, do twice a day.
You should bring your food and drinks to room temperature to avoid excess sensitivity..
Use a soft toothbrush to brush your teeth..
Follow for 15 days and let me know if it improves..
Hope this helps..
Regards.
