Question : I am having Pain , may be due to gas just below the chest( in fact in between 2 chest). Straight above in top straight of Navel. Pls suggest medicine

Hi and thank you for asking!
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:
1. your symptoms like upper stomach pain (in top straight of navel) may be related with :
- GERD ( acid reflux)
- Stomach ulcer /gastritis
- cardiac issues( rarely )
2. If I were your treating doctor I would suggest to do :
- upper endoscopy
- abdominal ultrasound
3. Meantime I would suggest to use PPI's like Prilosec OTC and antacids like gaviscon and antispasmodic drugs like buscopan.
If your symptoms doesn't get improved than I would suggest to do ECG do rule out cardiac issues.
