Question: Hi,
My wife 28yrs old, was not feeling well past 3 days with signs of stomach discomfort with gas. Since Yesterday evening fever is also coming around 101, on giving paracetamol it is going off for 4-5 hrs and coming again.
Kindly suggest.

I think according to your history you might be having gastritis. so you take tab Pan 40 in the morning and night half an before food. Also take Gasonil syrup 2 spoons before food morning and night, for your gas problem.
Avoid spicy food
Avoid non veg and sprouts for few days, as it increases gas problem.
Have fresh food and drink plenty of water
